Allyn Hogue, CPA - Sales Executive - Graduate of Clemson University with BS in Accounting. Spent 9 years in Public Accounting as an Audit Manager. Started "Agency" in 2002 with Susan Morris.  Focused on the individual, small group and Medicare markets with specialty in Medicare health products.  Consults with individuals and businesses on Medicare plan options to facilitate their transition from their group benefits.  Clients know that "this dog will hunt!"

Susan Morris - Sales Executive - Graduated from University of South Florida with a degree in Business Management.  Attended the United States Air Force Academy and has over 20 years as an officer in the United States Army Medical Service Corps.  She earned her "Airborne" wings, Air Assault Badge, and the "Expert Field Medical Badge."  She was also awarded the "Order of the Military Medical Merit" for her significant exemplary contributions to the United States Army Medical Department.  Susan previously worked with Cigna and Blue Cross Blue Shielf of Ga for about 10 years.

Passionate about people understanding their benefits and providing superior customer service.  Sales of individuals and business medical insurance, and ancillary dental, life and vision.  Will meet with you anytime--even at "O-Dark-30"!

Kay Farrow - Sales Assistant - Retired IRS employee after 32 years of service. Part time assistant for Balanced Healthcare since 2006. Responsible for day to day administrative issues of the office and for resolving any clients’ service issues with insurance carriers. Has a real heart for senior citizens and her five grandchildren!

Harlie and Mollie - Customer Service RepsDedicated and dependable - Always willing to help with any issue, but more willing when food is involved!  Happy to see you drop by for a visit and eager to talk with you on the phone.  Started with Company from day one and both have exceeded all expectations!
